Be Organized

• Ensure that everyone signs their name and team name on each donation form. If your team members have more than one form staple them together.
• If you are fundraising online please fill in your online registration number on the donation sheet.
• Ensure that all donors have completed their personal information for their tax receipts.

Check in Early

• Avoid line ups and check in early.
• Teams can pick up runners kits and submit pledges early at the Running Room pre-registration nights.
• Early check ins and dates will be available on this web site prior to the event.

Spread the Word

• Share stories!
• Call your team members to let the know about event details including check-in time, date, registration fees, directions and meeting place.
• Set up a car pool for the morning of the event so you can arrive together.
