WELCOME TO STICK-IT!
This is the ball hockey tournament that sticks-it to prostate cancer! Whether you’re a ball hockey fanatic, a team of corporate employees, a prostate cancer survivor or a group of family and friends out for a great day playing your favourite sport, Stick-It has something for everyone.
* Stick-It registration opens at 8 a.m. and the first games start at 9 a.m. Schedules will be distributed by Friday, September 23rd, but please be prepared to start by 9 a.m.
ELITE DIVISION
For serious ball hockey players only, aged 18+. Games are officiated.
CORPORATE DIVISION
For those just as interested in team building as they are in their team winning, aged 18+.
YOUTH ELITE DIVISION
For serious ball hockey players aged 14 to 17. Games are officiated.
RECREATIONAL DIVISION
A co-ed division for everyone else aged 8 to 108. Must have one female playing at all times.
COST
$250 per team to register
TEAM
6 to 11 players per team
GAMES
3 games guaranteed, plus playoffs for Elite, Corporate, and Elite Youth Divisions. Playoff format to be determined by the number of teams registered
FUNDRAISING
We encourage all teams to raise at least $1,000 for the fight against prostate cancer

UNIFORMS & EQUIPMENT
- Come to Stick-It in your team sweaters or colours
- All players - including goalies - are responsible for bringing their own equipment
- Hockey gloves and other protective equipment are strongly recommended
RULES

REGULATIONS
- Aggressive play is prohibited and fighting is banned
- All games and half-times start with a faceoff
- Centre must be given after each goal that is scored
- If a team knocks the ball out of play, the opposing team brings it back in
- Slap shots are permitted only in the Elite Divisions
LOGISTICS
- Games are played rain, snow or shine
- Players 10 years and younger must wear helmets and eye protection
