Speaker – Dr. Sarah Hales

Dr. Sarah Hales, MD, FRCP(C) is a psychiatrist and Coordinator of Psychiatry Services within Psychosocial Oncology & Palliative Care at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.  Her research has been funded by both the Canadian Cancer Society and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. Her clinical and research interests include the end of life experience as it affects both patients and families, and psychotherapeutic interventions aimed at alleviating distress in those facing advanced disease.
