Christy Brissette's Biography:

Christy Brissette is a media dietitian and nutrition and food communications expert. She is a clinical dietitian in the Cancer Rehabilitation and Survivorship Program, ELLICSR Kitchen, and the Head and Neck Survivorship Program at University Health Network/The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. Christy is a spokesperson, speaker, writer and recipe developer and the President of 80 Twenty Nutrition, a food and nutrition consulting company. She writes for The Huffington Post, The Globe and Mail, Canadian Living and more is regularly interviewed by CTV National News, The Canadian Press and CBC Radio on nutrition and health.



Sarah Buchanan's Biography:

Sarah Buchanan is a registered clinical dietitian at University Health Network/Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. Sarah is the primary dietitian for the Gastrointestinal Cancer, Genitourinary Cancer, Gynaecological Cancer and Sarcoma programs at the Centre, providing care to both inpatients and outpatients within these programs. Sarah supports interprofessional collaboration and provides education for radiation therapy students at the Michener Institute. Sarah has presented at the Toronto Cancer Education Conference & Medical Exposition on nutrition post-gastrectomy and more recently at the Gloria Pearl Education Symposium on nutrition and pancreatic cancer.
