Dr. Prado breaks down some of the essential nutrients for the maintenance of strong bones and muscle mass by providing simple guidelines on healthy eating.

Economic evaluation is a technique which enables users to compare two or more health interventions or to quantify a potential impact of a health initiative through an economic lens. Economic evaluation could provide another piece of evidence to assist various groups such as health providers, decision-makers, and policy-makers in their decision-making process.

Techniques and practices derived from Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction as well as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Training will be taught as something you can do daily to make a real difference in promoting healing and wellbeing.
