This presentation will describe the TrueNTH Lifestyle Management (LM) resources that have been developed and disseminated for prostate cancer survivors as well as the health and fitness professionals working with them. An overview of the community-based programming as well as the online resources will be discussed. The TrueNTH Lifestyle Management program was awarded by Prostate Cancer Canada and is proudly funded by the Movember Foundation.
Nicole Culos-Reed's Biography:
Dr. Culos-Reed is a Professor of Health and Exercise Psychology in the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. Her research takes a multidisciplinary approach to understanding and improving the quality of life of cancer survivors by developing physical activity programs to address challenges they face throughout treatment and survivorship.
